Cancellations
You may only cancel items from your order that are currently in a backorder status and are not custom items. If you would like to cancel backordered items from your order, please contact our customer care team at 1-800-860-9111 as soon as possible.

Items that have already entered the shipping process can NOT be canceled.

Once placed, all custom orders are confirmed with the customer and an artwork layout will be provided digitally for final approval. After approval, orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled without prior authorization. In such a case, a cancellation charge may apply and all related pre-production and/or production cost, such as artwork layout, will be invoiced.
