IDentiphoto Company accepts these major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We authenticate all credit card transactions and will ship directly to the billing address for the credit card unless directed otherwise. We also cooperate with local and Federal authorities to prosecute every incident of credit card fraud to the fullest extent of the law.

Purchase Orders
IDentiphoto Company will accept purchase orders from any organization with pre-established terms.  To establish net 30 days credit terms, please complete and return this form to go through our credit approval process.  Requests to establish terms are generally processed the same day as received and you will be notified via email or phone once your account has been set up.  IDentiphoto reserves the right to extend or revoke established terms at any time.

Wire Transfer Instructions
For bank wire transfers, there is a U.S. $30.00 bank-clearing fee, which must be included with payment.  This fee is waived if paying by a check drawn on a U.S. bank. Please contact sales@IDentiphoto.com to arrange your wire transfer or contact our accounting department at 1-800-860-9111 ext 120.

International orders originating from or shipping to locations outside of the USA:

Please note that all orders originating from outside of the US must be prepaid via wire transfer prior to shipment. These procedures are in place due to the strong threat of credit card fraud related to offshore orders.
For our international customers, we appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping/handling costs are added at time of check-out.  IDentiphoto Company’s primary carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS) and we ship worldwide.  All packages being delivered to the Continental United States and Canada are shipped via ground service unless otherwise requested.  Drop Ship and Freight Collect shipments will incur a $3 handling fee.  If expedited delivery is required additional charges will apply.  All international orders will ship via UPS worldwide.  If FedEx shipment is requested by the customer, a $15 handling fee is added to FedEx shipping charges on the order.  [FedEx picks up the day after the shipment is scheduled.]

Upon any order shipment, you will receive shipping notification via email with your package(s) tracking number(s) for your easy reference.

IDentiphoto's FREE shipping offer is applicable for any order equivalent to $100 or more.  For an order less than $100, a flat rate $11.00 shipping/handling fee will be applied.  Your order will ship complete within 7 business days.  Need product fast?  Contact us to arrange for rush or partial shipment.  Additional charges may apply.  Free shipping offer only valid for orders shipping in the continental U.S.

In-stock Orders
Any order received before 2 p.m. EST for stocked items such as badge accessories, ribbon consumables or PVC cards is customarily shipped the same day.

Backordered Items
If you order an out-of-stock item from us, we will let you know when we expect to ship. IDentiphoto Company will not invoice backordered items until we ship your order. Since we invoice shipping and handling only for the items in each shipment, backordered items will have separate shipping and handling charges added.

Proximity and Smart Card Orders
Normal delivery on any proximity or smart card technology cards including but not limited to HID Prox, HID Indala and AWID cards is approximately 7 - 10 business days from order placement.  This timeframe may change without notice.  To double check the delivery timeframe on your proximity or smart card order, please email sales@IDentiphoto.com or chat live now.

Custom Orders
Normal turn-around on custom orders varies depending on item.  As a general rule, please allow approximately 3 - 4 weeks for delivery after proof approval for all custom lanyards, badge reels, ID Badge Backers or custom cards.

.  Be sure to include the item number you are interested in as well as the custom specifications and the date needed.
